Ok I'm stepping in now.
In case Du'ers who don't understand need to be told:

Enter the date that the scene in "War Room" was filmed.

George H.W. Bush, that's Bush 1 to some of you, is in the White House. He's the incumbent. He's supposed to win Indiana.

Bill Clinton polls well in Indiana.

In the White House, the president is pissed.

According to Kantor, the administration can't believe it: "They are shitting" (their pants).

How would you like to have been in the White House?

I wouldn't want to see that mayhem, but some of you I think would get off on it. :)

has already had a longer shelf life than it deserves...time to Move On (oh, wait...Clinton supporters don't like that term, do they?)

9. No we don't.
But I like Obama just fine.

I giggle at endorsements from non-delegates, really. Rolling Stone, MoveOn, The Black Eyed Peas endorse Obama? Timbaland, Madonna, The New York Times endorse Clinton?

Why should their opinion influence mine? It doesn't, so I don't care. It amuses people like me though.

I always liked Obama and still do, but I think Hillary would be twice the president he could ever hope to be. My opinion. He's still a great guy and great candidate. His supporters here are kind of angry people tho. DU Obama supporters don't represent the great people I've had conversations with in the "rest" of the blogosphere.

He would not approve of DU language, Barack Obama... also my opinion.

23. I agree
Especially in the context of "even if we don't win." I think what he might have been saying is "even if we don't win, they're shitting in their pants" because the poll was so close. But I listened carefully and I could swear I heard the "White N**gers" part...but maybe I was predisposed because that's what I read. I have the DVD somewhere so I will try to listen again tonight.

Either way, it doesn't really matter. Hillary wasn't in the room so I don't think this should be held against her, just like I don't think Reverend Wright's sermons should be held against Obama unless someone can prove he was there for one of the offensive ones.

Is that Obama would want you to be doing?

25. Obama has nothing to do with this.
However me personally, considering how nasty the HRC campaign has been (reminder: NYT 'the low road to victory), I am enjoying this VERY much. In fact I hope it goes on for at least a week, maybe 2.

Karma is a boomerang my friend.

Sorry for the caps.

16. This is Why I'm For Hillary. Wright did NOT affect me and I even like the guy.
Barack Obama is a great person, and it looks like he's the candidate with the best chance of becoming president. What more do you want? I was just explaining in layman's terms what the video said. Just because I support Hillary doesn't mean I don't like Obama.

And so you know: I'm not rich. I'm 28 and I work in a restaurant full time. When I cast a vote for Hillary, it's for a very good reason:

When you go to the supermarket, you can buy expensive cheese or you can buy a bunch of regular cheese for the same price, right? When I go, I'm humble enough to say, I buy the cheapest thing I can because I have to. Some do it because they're just good with money. I'm obviously not. I learned that I should get the most for my money.

In voting however, no one is rich nor poor. Everyone has ONE vote. Still, when I consider who and what I'm voting for, I feel I should get the most that I can for that one vote. Hence, my vote has nothing to do with a personality contest. I am flowcharting what I will get from each candidate, and Hillary is winning. That is mostly due to the breadth of her experience behind-the-lines in the Senate, the legal world, a Governor's Office, and the Executive Branch. I also keep track of what I'll get from Obama. I think he would have a very positive and successful presidency, sure.... he's a Democrat. Still, I've been waiting for the one argument from him that unfortunately can't be made: that I would get more for my vote if I voted for him. I know better.

36. I saw that.
Did you not get it? O'Reily was complaining about how much money she'd take from him, and mentioned that she too was rich. Her reaction was a sarcastic "god bless us", for going through what O'Reily believes to be humiliation by having to pay for someone else. I was impressed that she got him to concede the point on subsidizing health care to those that suffer from MS. :)

Really?

If you honestly believe that, you probably trap & kill small animals for entertainment.

14. I'm still puzzled
by the "those people" phrase.

Play over in your mind what you would say if you were talking about the people of Indiana and then starting talking about someone else. Would you use the phrase "those people."

It's just not the way you talk about someone who isn't already a subject under discussion. In normal conversation, "those people" usually refers to the last group of people you were talking about -- unless you immediately qualify it.

If he has said "Those people in the White House are . . . " I could buy it, but even that isn't the way people talk. "The people in the WH.." would make sense, but not "those people." Very puzzling.

18. well just watch the video
if it even mattered... we're supposed to pick presidents for everyone, not for ourselves. It's our obligation to vote for who we think is best for everyone, so fighting because someone else supports another candidate is counter productive and our candidates are the ones who take the blame for our actions.

poll results. AND that led Kantor to figure the white house must be freaking out - they were losing Indiana, tied in Texas, etc.

He follows up with some kind of question to Steph... about "how would YOU like to be trying to..."

I wish the media didn't consider third person shit "scandals".

I mean, what if someone who works for someone who works WITH someone who works for Hillary did this?? OMG! She's toast! :)

The personality contest is the problem... these things have nothing to do with being president. It's about the person nor the personality, it's about the people.

Best of luck to your candidate.
