1. It has always seemed obvious to me that

Bush is only a puppet president, with Cheney and the rest of the PNAC pulling the strings. I'm aware that all presidential candidates have people who are charged with finding their running mate, but that whole Cheney thing stunk to high heaven from day one. I'd venture to say that this crew knew that McCain didn't want anything to do with Bush. As much as they try to show that Dubya is in charge, I've felt from the start that he's just a puppet, and that he's just as stupid as he seems, if not more so.
