How long until Rev Wright responds to Obama's denunciation today?
Will the battling continue tomorrow or do you think Wright will wait for Friday afternoon to grab the weekend news cycle before Tuesday's primary?

Will the SD's and the voters tolerate another round of these characters mocking our presidential election process?

nor anyone that they would listen to, they are the last dem presidential family since Carter, they gave many of them their current political power and platform.

Reid, Pelosi & Dean? pffffft The three stooges.

Kennedy maybe, but he already burned that bridge.

20. Wright refuses to be thrown under the bus like Barry did with his white grandmother...
Edited on Wed Apr-30-08 01:43 AM by candice
...Wright is the gift that keeps on giving. It's time for Barry to step down. His second run of Axelrod's "hope-change-take a chance on your own aspirations" has run its course (and didn't give the voters of Mass. what they expected when it was first used for Deval Patrick).

Barry is tarnishing the Democratic brand.

The Rezko trial might be wrapping up around election time. The Dem. Gov. of Illinois will probably be indicted for selling his influence. Barry was Rezko's second best. We won't hear the end of this, plus videos from 2007 of Ayers and Dohrn at a terrorists convention in Chicago might remind Barry that he launched his first campaign at the Ayers' home. (This was the one in which Barry's hired Harvard election official challenged all of the nomination papers, allowing Barry to run unopposed.)

The popular incumbent, black activist Alice Palmer, who didn't even have a chance to run for her seat again, campaigned for Hillary a few days ago.

Playing the race card against the Clintons, accusing them of being racists, is what will come back and haunt him. Karma is a bitch.

30. Who gives a shit about Wright, honestly
I like Wright and I think he speaks the truth, but he's not running for President. It's sad that a pastor can steal the headlines from the Iraq War, economy, food costs and fuel costs. Americans are enslaved by the infotainment in the media. The media stranglehold over us needs to be smashed into a million pieces.

47. OK...so how will anything Wright says be revived and not look like a bunch of BS?
McCain has already said he doesn't think it matters.

Sure, some 527s will try. But if you look at any of the ads NOW post-WrightOff, they come across as nonsense. Sure, people like Hannity will try to keep trying to make it an issue. So what.

Hillary certainly can't talk about Wright now without getting an obvious response from Obama that Wright no longer speaks for him. She would look desperate.

So it is over for the most part using Wright as a ploy.

He was actually at The old city hall with Obama , prayed with his family in the basement before Obama's announcement, THEN was told he would not be speaking. He has begun, only begun, to exact his revenge. Expect the "good" reverend to contradict Obama's denials.
