Dem's ongoing brawl drives undecideds toward McCain

I hope you're real proud of yourself, Hilary. You and your buddy Joe Lieberman.

At this point, I consider HRC a GOP operative, trying to steal the presidency and hand it to the GOP herself, or hand it to McCain.

Either way, she's happy.

1. But it's all Obama's fault!
The primaries were supposed to be a mere formality for her coronation. She surely didn't expect any real competition, especially from some upstart young Senator from Illinois. If only he would just bow out, even though he's ahead in both the popular vote and delegate count, there wouldn't be all this fighting going on!

2. Nah don't underestimate the wisdom of the undecideds and the independents
in terms of recognizing an elderly war monger for what he is.

Her tactics have been thoroughly reprehensible though.

He's just been consistently wrong.

Obama is a force and a phenomenon who transcends politics as usual.

Their heads are spinning.

3. Not buying that
Like much of what's become (shallow) conventional "wisdom" these days- it'll have little effect down the line.

4. It's time for Dean to remember how he got railroaded and LEAD.
I hope that Dean is working behind the scenes to wrap a hook around HRC self-righteous campaign and pull them off the political stage, i.e., a la Gong Show.

I'm also blaming "our party leadership" if they don't act SOON to end this cluster f**k of a Democratic Primary.

17. The image I found on Yahoo is still there. Scroll down.
This is Yahoo's take on it all.

I'm saying that my guts feel like she's really working for the GOP like lieberman. I never said I had any proof.

But it does all make sense when you look at the destruction she's causing. She can't win, so, what's her purpose?

I think it's simply to bloody Obama to make it easier for McCain.

I live in Connecticut where Lieberman did just this: He's working for the GOP and taking a dem senate seat.
Hillary prays with all the GOP and makes nice with them, says McCain's a better candidatte than Obama.

I'm not making all this up. It is what is.

It's the Joe Liberman playbood with the Rovian tactics. It has GOP all over it.

Now, it turns out, Hil's on the board of the group that sponsored the debate. You'd think she'd have enough integrity to no go through with it, since it's her own people running the thing. But no: Anything to win.

Randi was right.

18. You are not making it up, you are just putting your own spin on it.
My gut tells me something very different, and I have been watching this woman for a long time.

She is not working for the GOP. She can conceivably win. If the supers turn on Obama, which they may have the opportunity to do, they could sink him. She knows that if this goes to the convention, all bets are still on. He and his supporters know that too. It's scaring the daylights out of them.

She is not working for McCain. She is running against Obama and she wants to win.

That whole prayer group thing is totally bogus. That's why it has never gotten any legs. Sounds real scary but anyone who looks at it critically can see that her participation is not scary at all.

She is an honorary member of the board which oversees the library in which the debate was held. All the former presidents' spouses are. Honorary board members generally have no input into anything and the only thing this organization did was to provide the venue for the debate.

Randi was wrong.

I can see how your having been burnt by Lieberman has colored your perceptions, but I do not think that Hillary Clinton is who you think she is.

7. u r right, this is a statistical, irrefutable FACT
Obama led McCain in all National Polls until Clinton went BERSERKER.

He has the proven ability to turn polls around and win but he needs MORE THAN THE TEN WEEKS BETWEEN THE CONVENTION AND NOVEMBER.

This mayem needs to cease.

13. I've been saying this; Obama will be ahead of McCain by double digits within WEEKS
of Clinton dropping out.

Once the clusterfuck is over, people will be able to look more closely at the contrasts between Obama and Grandpa McCain. Obama will wipe the floor with him.

15. Last night at the debate, Obama easily stated she could beat McCain...
Did she have anywhere near that much class?

No, it was like pulling teeth.

16. We need to search for all posts by Hillary supporters saying this is not hurting the Dem party
It was said to me a couple times, how could they not see the snowball heading down the mountain with our congressional candidates' arms and legs hanging out the side of it? We had a lot going for us, I think we can still do it but it didn't have to be this messy or bloody.
