whatever happened to this report that was suppose to come out that said Bush is doing a bad job on the war on terror....the report was put together by former Reagan and Bush I officials. Anyone know what I am talking about? This got some attention last week and the report was due out this week....

do a search of the archives for "26" or check the LA Times site, they did a press conference at the National Press Club

diplomats and military advisors that come from every administration since Truman. If thats the one you are talking about it did come out...there were 27 I specifically remember that...and no it garnered no media attention.
