Kerry's Ancestral Relation to Bush

Don't know if this is a dupe or not, but ancestry.com just released a family tree showing that both Bush and Kerry are descendants of the same ancestral couple.

Question: Would this tree actually mean that, for the married couple that begins the tree, both George W. Bush and John Kerry would be their great-great (etc.) grandchildren?
