Gather round, girls and boys...
The Primary is pretty much over. Obama will have this sewn up before the month is out, and I know that some here are already feeling it. That small empty space somewhere in your core; its a little numb, a little sad, a little lost.

We might actually win the White house.

Things might get better.

Its odd, its confusing... its disorienting.

We've gotten so used to being angry - fighting over who is the best candidate, calling each other names, digging up dirt on other Democrats, working on our Ignore lists, Kicking, Letting it Sink, getting each other granite headdresses - what can we possibly do now to fill up our time here on the DU?

Have no fear - a new war may be here! How's this:

We fight over who should be the VP!

I'm sure we could easily break up into several distinct camps...

- those who prefer a foreign policy wonk
- those who prefer a woman
- those who prefer an economic guru

Feel free to use this to abuse fellow DUers until the convention - because a unified Democratic party is a strong Democratic party - and we can't have that!

Love and kisses and kicks and flames,

Television personality FlDem5
(who secretly adores DU's quirkiness)
