3. She will be defeated by Paterson if she tries to run for Governor
So she won't. Dodd will beat her for Senate Majority LEader in January, and then RFK jr. will run for her Senate seat in 2012 and she will just retire.

Clinton is now officially OVER THE HIL.

6. Hi, Dems Will Win. I like the idea of Chris Dodd as Majority Leader --
no complaints from me on that at all. Durbin, Dodd -- either would be outstanding, IMO.

RFK JR for the U.S. Senate? Count. Me. In.

17. Oh, I don't know about that. The word "electable" covers a lot of territory.
County commissioner? State Attorney General? Maricopa County Sheriff?

5. Hillary is Toast......

....she should be thankful she can pull the wool over the voters of New York...perhaps her and Bill should return to AR in 2010....she is toast.

8. I don't think so
Since yesterday, upon learning how Rudy wants to run for NY State governor, I've been hoping she runs for that office, wins and sends him to political oblivion. New York needs her to save it from Rudy.

9. No...if she made a graceful exit (well as graceful as can be after a dirty campaign)
and Obama lost people might think they made the wrong decision and want to give her a chance in 2012.

11. BO is the real Tonya Harding
Sure, it's obvious projection -- BO latched onto the right-wing smears of Clinton for his personal gain very early on. A club to the knees indeed. Of course it was done under the thin veneer of a smug grin -- but done nonetheless.

Yes, it's really BO that is using the Tonya Harding strategy.

22. the "inferior candidate" is defeating your candidate
where does that put your candidate?

I laugh at this just like I did in Halo online, where someone I killed would just shout "newbie!" and I would say, so how does it feel to get killed by a newbie? where does that put YOUR skills?

:)

13. That "Tonya Harding strategy" line really caught on
Simple, to the point, everyone knows exactly what it means.

Nicely done, I'd say. Although I always thought Nancy Kerrigan was something of a snot.

29. If Obama succeeds as president, he'll be reelected in 2012.
If Obama fails, a Republican will.

The only scenario in which a Democrat other than Obama is elected in 2012 is if we lose this one. A goal that many Obama supporters seem to be working toward.

Once the party selects a nominee, DU won't put up with any criticism against Obama. I suggest that to prevent the self-destruction we're witnessing now, it not tolerate any directed at other Democrats either.

The only purpose criticism of Gore, Edwards, and other non-combatants has is undermining the party. Once the primary is over, criticism of Hillary (or Bill) falls into the same category.
