3. Hillary has decided to use a scorched earth strategy
so it's her own fault.

In PA Obama should do two things: Bang the drum on NAFTA and again show her lies about her support of it then contrasted with her criticism of it now and support the notion that she can't keep her story straight by invoking her sniper fire incident.
