Like if I said I went to NY and was mugged....but really I just went to NY and took in a broadway show and nothing out of the ordinary happened.
It's not a lie that I went to NY but I made it sound bigger and better because I added details that weren't true...I think that's called lying....or as my dad calls them

3. I Thought You Were Dissing McCain

I was going to admonish you for going there, but I admit that I am completely confused as to what your point is.

I guess the most obvious answer would be: Hillary Clinton lied on the Presidential trail to make her seem more experienced than Obama. A really checkable kind of lie, too. Sort of like when Bill Clinton said they were against the war from the very beginning.

Remember Dave Geffen's quip: "Everybody in politics lies, but they do it with such ease, it's troubling."

7. I was remarking on how something like that could be equated with

the ability to deal with world issues and how I find it silly. I would never take anything away from McCain's service to this country. I also believe that being a POW DOES give you more world experience than being just shot at in a war zone. Neither Hillary or Obama have had to deal with that level of experience in their life.
