Write your uncommitted superdelegates and ask for endorsement now!
I just wrote to Senator Feingold and Senator Kohl and asked them to publicly endorse Barack Obama on behalf of Wisconsin. Our state went to Obama by 58:42, casting 646,007 votes for him. There is no reason to wait- we need to end the infighting now and support our party's nominee. Governor Doyle has already enthusiastically endorsed Barack Obama.

1. I had written a letter (E-mail) a month ago or so
to my rep Robert Wexler asking who he supported and I got back a reply telling me that he was his state chairman. We Palm Beach County democrats can ALWAYS rely on our house rep to do right by his constituency. Bill Nelson, our dem senator-not so much, and as we all know he is a Clinton surrogate. It's a good idea undeterred...

3. I sent Tammy Baldwin a note weeks ago
Her reply was basically, "I can't and won't discuss it". I've supported her from day one but I'll be pissed if our WI representatives don't go with the people of WI on this.

5. Tammy is Hillary Clinton's co-campaign chair in Wisconsin
and she is committed to voting for Hillary as a superdelegate.

Weirdly enough, even though Baldwin is a co-sponsor on HR676 (Dennis Kucinich's single payer health care bill) Tammy has publicly said that she thinks Hillary Clinton is the only one who can fix health care. Clinton's plan is to bless the insurance companies and they'll probably start giving money to Baldwin now too. I don't know what to think of her any more- it took months to get her to sign on for impeachment and then she globs on to the most conservative candidate the Democratic party has to offer. That's politics. Frankly, I think a district like ours deserves better.
