Bill Schneider just reviewed the newest Gallup poll and the overall rating has Bush & Kerry tied at 47%, but Bush's rating on how he is running the Iraq War has never had a disapproval rating more that 40%, but now it is 45%.

Quote: "That means President Bush is in trouble, providing Senator Kerry is an acceptable replacement."

Isn't Schneider usually a pro Bush guy?
