Why didn't Hillary Clinton leave office after discovering she had been lied into war?

I just found evidence indicating that she not only personally attended the "sixteen words" State of the Union address, but has attended every State of the Union address since.

Every single one.

She was even caught on camera repeatedly applauding the guy who used those sixteen words during the infamous address!

I'm very concerned about this.
