Another question about the great Obama judgment.

A few here have been putting forth the case that Hillary knew of a bombshell that would break against Obama and should have warned him.

If there were a bombshell (well, now we see there are a few), why would Hillary need to warn him? Is he not aware of his own potential bombshells?

Not to mention, if he had even a tiny bit of foresight, he would have been more magnanimous toward the Clintons, stopped the race baiting immediately, spoke up at any opportunity, JUST FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT she might have been of some assistance in the future (like now for instance), called upon to come to his defense, as he had hers.

How clueless is the guy?

1) He is not aware of potential disasters from his previous dealings with suspect characters. He needs to be told, by his rival no less. :WTF:

2) Knowing he might need a helping hand due to his previous bad judgment, he alienates someone who might have helped him.

Oh yeah, this guy is presidential material.

1. The difference:

He handled the "problems" with his supporters like a president. She handled her foibles by A) not answering questions about them, or B)handling them like a president named Clinton.

In terms of trust, the difference, to me, could not be clearer. So yes, he IS, indeed, "presidential material."

I haven't heard anyone say Hillary should have warned him of anything. To me this post seems like you are making up bad judgment now, based on what one or two people on here apparently said.

22. I've been searching for the thread for 20 minutes.

It was a thread in which Obama supporters were suggesting Hillary needed to support him and help him out of this mess. Somebody said she knew about the bombshell and should have at least warned him. The whole point of the thread was that Hillary has known all this stuff and was waiting for the moment to spring it on him.

It was one or two people so that means I didn't make it up.

Since I can't find the posts, let's just skip that and ask how he may have convinced himself that these issues would not put his candidacy in peril eventually. If they blew up after he took the nom, it would place the presidency in peril, and logically the country and the world.

If he wanted to make a run at the presidency, he should have held his horses until the country got to know him better, until he had been seriously vetted. Having said that, a good guess says that taking into consideration his dealings with Rezko and Wright, he is lucky to be a US Senator.

There has never been such an unworthy candidate on the Dem side who might be a contender...trying to run after a year in the U.S. Senate because he was bored with the "glacial pace" doesn't make sense either. He says he'll hire the expertise, but even then, there is going to be lots of work to do. I guess it feeds his ego. That seems to be the only point of this campaign.

Trashing the Clintons will backfire big time should he be the nominee.

I wish I saved the thread...but a case of the repugs planting a story for the Obama camp to find, with Hillary's sig on it. And then, to make a long story short, all hell breaks loose and both camps look like idiots. Typical stuff and it will continue, but lets not make it all worse here.
