READ IT HERE FIRST! Obama Was Raised By His WHITE Mother!

We know that his mother is White. We know that his father is Kenyan. We know that he was born in Kansas and also lived in Indonesia, Hawaii and Chicago among other places. However, aside from simply mentioning that his mother was White we only get the African American parts of his heritage and upbringing.

Why?

It's because the media wants to frame Obama as simply African American. Well, Fox calls Obama a "Halfrican". It's derogatory and I'd expect nothing less than that from Fox News. I do however expect more from the people on this website. Obama has not made a stink about this.

He's accepted how the media wants to frame him, given that there is not much he can do about it. As he's said in addressing the Rezko matter, he was trying to control the message of his candidacy but all things can not be controlled. How people view him can not so easily be changed.

Let's remember though that his White mother and grandmother actually raised him. They were an integral part of his life. Some of you seem to be suggesting that "Obama hates his Mama?," that he hates the white part of his family; which couldn't be further from the truth. He speaks admirably of his mother, about how he was raised.

Some of you are not thinking logically in ingesting what has transpired over the last week. You have only seen the half of his life story that the media has framed out for you. There is much more to it, and as American citizens it is our job to find out the rest.

Obama has two books out there... written in his own words. I suggest you read them if you REALLY want to know him. He does have many pieces of America in him and he's never disavowed anyone of those pieces. Let's try to understand that he holds what one might call a world view of things. He's proud of all pieces of his collective puzzle.

I encourage people to get a grip and stop being guided by the media. Remember, there is a war that has been waged that the media was totally complicit in. How responsible do you think they are? They couldn't ask all the requisite questions then; what makes you think they are going to give you the full story now?

Obama wanted this campaign to be about people and a movement for change. He stayed clear of race until the media put it's spin on it, until the Clintons framed it this way.

Obama didn't inject race into the campaign in a way that implied he was irrelevant. He didn't frame his candiadacy as "the biggest sham". He didn't frame his candidacy as if he was a muslim. Obama didn't frame his candidacy as if "only" blacks are voting for him.

Obama didn't say that he was the African American who was running for the highest office in the land. The media framed it that way first and foremost.

Obama courted every vote, white, black, Latino, Asian, Native American, red state, blue state et al. As a matter of fact, Obama stayed clear of race in the early going.

Barack Obama (D-IL), whom he called "one of the most racist politicians in America today," has "locked the grandmother who actually raised him away in a closet," adding: "he 'segregation' of Madelyn Dunham, Obama's white grandmother, and only real grandmother, has to be one of the cruelest and most mendacious political kidnappings this nation has ever seen." Martin offered no evidence for any of his allegations, other than quoting from a March 27 Chicago Tribune article, which reported that "the Obama campaign declined to make Madelyn Dunham, 84, available" for an interview and referring to a New York Times article in which, according to Martin, "Dunham told the New York Times she was not well enough to speak." That Times article, published on March 17, reported that "Obama still visits his maternal grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, who lives in the same high-rise apartment where Mr. Obama spent much of his childhood. As Media Matters for America noted, Martin was author Catherine Moy's purported source for claiming that Obama "flat-out lied" about his upbringing, and that the school Obama attended as a child in Indonesia was "not a madrassa, but that they did teach the Quran, and they did teach that Jews are pigs. So that it -- you know, those kind of things that the Quran teaches, all of those things in the Quran that offend so many, he was taught." The claim that Obama attended a madrassa as a child -- originating in InsightMag.com -- has been thoroughly debunked. Before Obama's February 10 announcement that he would run for president, Martin wrote: "During Obama Week leading up to February 10th, we will release our CIA-style psychological profile on him; that analysis will cast more light on Barack's supple psyche and his ability to seamlessly deny objective reality."
