REALITY: Obama is the WEAKER general election candidate....
Things about him are being revealed every day now and the GOP hasn't even started yet. It is starting to sink in to many that Hillary is our best choice to actually TAKE BACK the White House. I am afraid Obama would be in way over his head dealing with McCain.

Hillary will win PA in a BIG WAY and she will become the nominee--mark my words.

Does half of the country already HATE Obama?

no?

Then I don't really think what you're saying has all that much basis in reality.

15. Please allow for my view of the garbage of the right wing
Those who value ignorance will hate Obama with a passion if he takes away their opportunity to hate Hillary with a passion. Just a reflection on the loyal oppposition (trash.) The democratic nominee will kick ass in November. A vote for McCain is a vote for four more years of bush.

40. I would hope that the democratic electorate
will join me in voting for our country come November and that would be for the democratic candidate regardless of who that is. Republicans are not good for our country, they have proven that. If Hillary gets the nomination and you don't like her, hold your nose and vote FOR our country.

24. No
She doesn't bring millions of new dems with her, but she does bring out "millions" of republicans out that would have stayed home if she was "not" running because they can't stand McCain!

Plus I also think she is pushing independants away also with her "smear and fear" tactics. We have already had a president who used those tactics, and I dont' think we need another one!

8. What do you think of the number of states that Obama outperforms Hillary
against McCain in the 50 state SUSA polls? Or the fact that Obama outperforms Hillary against McCain in the realclearpolitics averages? And take a look at the PA general election polls. I'd like to know what you think about those numbers.

This does not look good. Pastor Wright is a real nut job. I know Obama has tried to distance himself from this, but it is starting to come out in a bad way. I hope it does not stick to him.

23. REALITY: OPINION IS NOT FACT
Why people can't get that through their thick skulls is a mystery to me. And hilly can't even deal with Obama, genius. He's beating her by every metric. If she can't beat Obama how the fuck can she beat McCain? She's the one over her head. And that's shocking considering all her experience. Oh, and put down your faux crystal ball. You have no idea if she'll win PA in a big way, and even if she does, that's not enough to overtake Obama. You little hillybots and your wishful thinking. Sad.

28. Obama cut 20 pt leads in Ohio & Tx
Obama is the kind of candidate who can go into texas and Ohio, start 20 points behind and within 2 weeks either be nearly tied or within 10 points.

What does that say about Hillary's electability that she lost a 20 point lead in 2 weeks?

Obama also raises more money and even if he loses in 2008, the sense of empowerment and grassroots movement he is created will still exist in 2010 or 2012 or 2014.

Plus Obama may help the dems lock in the youth vote which has been trending democrat the last couple elections. If Obama locks the youth vote then you have 1/4-1/3 of the electorate that consistenly prefers democrats in elections. COmbined with the support dems get from blacks, latinos, GLBT, white liberals, etc. this can be a coalition that allows a true progressive government someday.

In the reality created by George W Bush Obama is the weaker candidate. In Reality reality however it's anyone's game. Oh and what new horrors have you discovered about Obama in the last 3 days? What "things" are being revealed? And BTW I'm talking about the candidate not his supporters. His supporters aren't running for president.
