16. that's how it's been in the past few elections
al gore, dick cheney, joe lieberman, even dan quayle i think were those that were not really considered by most people. those who were most talked up ended up not being chosen.

9. The senior senator of Louisiana who will not be seeking re-election
I consider him a centrist and a compromiser and unfortunately somewhat socially conservative. Others consider him a DINO.

11. No, I feel like I heard his story too many times...
and it just got under my skin. Besides Lieberman and Gephardt, Edwards and Kerry were my least favorite to listen to.

13. I'm a Dean/Clark/Kucinich guy
I really enjoyed listening to what they had to say. I'm starting to come around on Kerry now. He'll get my vote regardless.

14. I'd think it'd be a good thing to have a person on the ticket whose story
was widely heard.

It shows that it has the power of resonance.

17. Clark As Secretary of State
Doesn't Clark have to be out of the military for a certain number of years before he can serve in the cabinet?

19. I think Holbrooke will be Sec of State too
I think Clark will be in the administration however, possibly as head of the NSA.

I do like the idea of Edwards as VP. I just think he has the skills to be a big political asset to the ticket.

22. It is rare for former oponents
in the primary to end up in the cabinet, but I think this year's group will be at somewhat different
