Clinton vs Obama on other Forum needs clarification

I don't know much about this topic. It seems to be one sided. Is there somebody in the know that knows what Obama's take is on this?

Here is the subject: Clinton supports bill to ban use of State Department private security contractors

It is in the Labor Forum: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topics&forum=367

1. He will use private security but with more stringent rules
until we extricate ourselves from hot spots. This is due to the volunteer army. The Rumsfeld doctrine that you can do what bush wanted with just a mean lean military obviously isn't true and thus extended and stretched tours of duty. After we leave places like Iraq, then the private security apparatus can dealt with and reduced.
