Hillary herself makes it WORSE by reinforcing comparison of Obama to Ken Starr

Clinton's communications manager pulled a cheap shot smear of Obama by comparing him to Ken Starr.

Okay. We all know that. Really bad that a campaign would compare Obama to someone most Democrats consider to be a Monster.

BUT THEN at a press conference, Hillary repeated the smear. A reporter asked her about it and at first said it was not really an insult but a "historical reference."

Then when pressed by a reporter, Hillary made it worse. Rather than retracting or even softening Wolfson's claim, Hillary bolstered it by saying it was an accurate comparison.

So Hillary herself compared Obama to Ken Starr.

Is there nothing these people won't stoop to?

I have a totally different view. I think a candidate is a servant to the people and the party, not the other way around. She owes it to us as Democrats and as US citizens to be upfront with us about their finances. If there is no shit behind them, it would HELP Hillary now wouldn't it?! She could BRAG that she has been clean and fully disclosed. Why does she prevent herself from having that opportunity? I think we all know the answer to to that question, because if there is one thing we KNOW about Hillary Clinton it is that any thing that could be used for her political gain will!

If there is dirt in her returns, we need as a party to find out before we nominate her so we can make a decision as a party whether she is the best nominee. We need to make informed decisions. It would be tragic if these returns came out AFTER it was too late to do anything about it and they contained harmful items.

Denial will not win us elections against the Republicans.

It's standard fare for politicians to call for opponents to release their tax returns, when opponents don't do it on their own.

Hillary did the same thing to Rick Lazio in her Senate race.

Ergo sum: If Obama is Ken Starr for asking Hillary to release her returns, then Hillary is Ken Starr for the same reason.

Furthermore, if Bill Clinton had not LIED about his affair in then first place, the whole impeachment crap would have died down a lot sooner, with a lot less damage done to himself and the Democratic Party.
