| I am a charter member of Bush 04! Re: Kerrys campaign organization |
|
Okay background. My grandmother was a critical republican donor in Mississippi when they took it over. She has been dead since 01, we ae still getting Bush Cheney fundraising letters. Today we received our charter membership card (her old mail is forward here). Yes its under her name, but I doubt anyone would double check. I find this amusing. (Note: she was the reason my dad took a hard left turn)
This brings me to a more important point. Whats up w/ Kerry’s campaign? We’ve received nothing (ordered or free). Keep in mind I am in Florida, shouldn’t they send bumperstickers to the battle ground states first? Has anyone in any state noticed any semblance of support? I see more of Clark's stickers than Kerry's!
People conform, so where are the stickers to apply social pressures?
Yes I realize its very early, but Kerry campaigns inability to get their materials out coupled with the Bush campaign sending everyone and their uncle load of junkmail doesn’t bode well for Nov. Yes the Bush campaign had a great head start, but shouldn’t there be at least be some effective system the campaign could use?

I live in NYC, an area known to vote solid Dem in Presidential elections. I don't expect to see much of Kerry. Since he is garaunteed our vote why would he waste much time campaigning here?
Furthermore, most of Kerry's money was being spent as quickly as it came in. Now that he is the presumptive nominee, his fundraising is picking up, but that money has to go to building a nationwide organization.

I'm going to order that one. 35 buttons, 35 stickers each. Then I'm going to set up a table and target tourists, who will put these stickers on their RV's and then travel all over the country. Can I put a little contribution jar up so I can order more after I give these away?
