Screw the politicans in these states. We all know they moved their primaries up for their own self-serving reasons. So if they want a do over, then THEY can pay for it, not the DNC.

And hell, if it's that big of a deal, how about just splitting the delegate up 50/50.

1. Because that doesn't help Hillary
She "won" the Soviet election in Michigan and Chinese election in Florida, so she has to get more delegates.

2. The States ....should pay for the new elections or since this idea was mostly
the brain child of Republicans maybe they should pay for a new election.

3. i like your thinking.
don't forget, this time there will only be two people on the ballot. last time i voted for edwards. obama could still take florida with a re-vote.

4. I agree. Unless someone is willing to pay the twenty plus million to hold a re-vote, there won't be
one.

8. They intentionally violated the election rules. You don't reward cheaters.
Here's the real opinion poll: Democrats in the 48 states that played by the rules will not pay for the sins of Florida and Michigan who thumbed their noses at all the states who played by the rules.

There are consequences for bad action.

If Charlie Crist wants to pony up money for a full primary to make up for Florida's hubris and willfully bad conduct, then I'm cool with that as long as it is by the rules of the party. Same with Michigan.

The money at the national party is for defeating Republicans, not to make Hillary's supporters feel good.

Let Terry McAuliffe, who pissed away two election cycles in Florida and wasted DNC money there twice, let him raise the money.

Otherwise, the two states can go before the credential committee this summer which is within the rules.

In any event, even full blown primaries in those states will not change the math for Clinton.

6. that woudl have the same effect as not re-voting . . .
and will benefit obama. otoh, re-voting might get edwards voters, etc. voting for obama instead of hill.

i think 50-50 is a stupid solution.
