Poll question: Should Kerry run ads on FAUX News?
It seems kind of self defeating, just gives FAUX more money which they can use to him some more.

1. judging from the amount of DUers who seem to watch FAUX NEWS
maybe so; perhaps there are other Dems who enjoy watching car wrecks.

2. Sure, don't they have to be nice to their advertisers?
Wouldn't you just love it if Hannity had to make nice-nice to the dems and Kerry. You know, lick the boot that pays for advertising.

4. based on the likely $ descrepency between Kerry's coffers
and Bush's - I think it would be a waste of precious dollars. Very little bang for the buck. Heck - though it has smaller overall viewership - I think he would hit more possible voters on CNBC.

12. I have the same question. Why would they run them?
They don't have to run them.

6. Chances are all of you have patronized News Corp.
So trying to avoid it is fruitless. Fox News is obvious garbage but extremely popular. It reaches a lot of people who don't support Bush too.

7. Sure
there is always the chance that an ad or two might change the mind of a slime repub that watches that crap they spew forth at F'en news.

8. Total Waste of Money
not exactly Kerry's audience. plus I don't want my contribution to go to Murdoch.

His money is better spent advertising on BET and Telemundo

9. Yes he needs to hit up MTV, VH1, BET, and Telemundo
forget FOX unless he has a lot of cash to burn because there is a big audience but not important.

I never watch that garbage except for the Democratic debates.

10. There are swing voters that watch Fox, and they are the ones everybody....
wants. Because Kerry has to be careful with his money, M
oveOn and some other orginizations probably ought to do the heavy lifting.

Media has to accept ads paid for by the candidates themselves, but I don't know if they have to accept ones from other political organizations. I'll ask at work tomorrow (radio).

11. He already gets money from Murdoch, so why not?
His biggest contributor is a law firm that works for big media companies (including FOX), ensuring they keep their power over our airwaves.

Hell, even ol' Rupert Murdoch hosted some Kerry aides in Hollywood, so he could lay out his "wishes" and "expectations" from Kerry if/when he gets to the White House.

Don't be suprised if Kerry does advertise on Fox-- after all, he's only repaying the favor.
