Whoever the Democratic nominee is will win.

This primary is not about the nomination, it's about the Presidency.

3. Any Dem nominee can beat McCain, but can he/she beat Diebold?
That's the first question. Can the Dem:
beat voter caging
beat voter intimidation
beat ballot problems (hundreds of Dems in VA couldn't vote because some precincts hadn't ordered enough Dem ballots! Then, after the precincts let them write their choice on plain paper, the courts said these didn't count!)

And finally, the idea that tons of Pubs are going to vote Dem is still very suspect to me. I will have to see it to believe it. I think a win, if we see one, will come from lots of nonvoters turning out to vote Dem. That's all.

16. McCain Has the Mighty Slime Machine (MSM) on His Side
You forgot to mention the Mighty Slime Machine (aka MSM).
They ADORE McCain and have been gushing his praises for years.

The MSM has given the Repiggies many billions of dollars worth of free advertising (which they call "news") every recent election.

5. You sure about that?
#1 They have been planning on running against Clinton for over 8 years.

#2 A BIG Clinton win can mean this will drag on till possibly the convention! Giving the republicans LARGE amount of time to organize and form a good defence and offense against the democrat.

#3 If #2 happens every little thing will have been dug up and spun against the candidate that the republican will have a HUGE advantage of being able to pick up where one left off.

This needs to end soon! This next primary needs to be the last. Otherwise there is a real chance of McCain winning.

6. I'm positive.

I'm in no hurry for the Primary to end. Each of them should be closely examined and re-examined. It will determine the next President.

10. FDR's nose would have run better campaigns.
You seem to overlook the venom, vitriol and class attacks thrown at FDR over four campaigns. He simply fought a much stronger campaign. And you also overlook the devastation Bush unleashed on his party, not to mention the country.

they will be painting john mccain as the greatest war hero known to man...grievously injured in the service to his country...

it's in no way going to be a cake walk to the white house.

12. Weakness alarms me.
And that's what I see in these posts clamoring for Clinton to fold her tent because the overpowering Republicans are on the horizon.
