Bill: "...looks like she's going to win Ohio"
http://firstread.msnbc.msn.com/archive/2008/02/26/702975.aspx

From NBC/NJ's Carrie Dann
DALLAS, TX -- On the day of the last Democratic debate in battleground state of Ohio, Bill Clinton has sunny predictions for his wife's performance in the Buckeye State.

"I've just been in Ohio -- looks like she's going to win Ohio," he predicted. "She's winning there. It looks good."

He later plugged her experience and change-making potential: "Change you can count on is coming from her. And you know it. You know she'll always have your back."

Talk about a death touch.

1. She may win Ohio. But according to Bill AND Hillary, she HAS
to win Texas. And she ain't gonna win Texas.

6. I have personally convinced... two "independents"...
aka... people who won't call themselves republicans anymore... to vote for Obama in the Primary and november. Obama's ground game in Texas is pretty impressive.

13. He should say....
"She will win Ohio... but only if we all continue to work hard and GOTV."

It gives people a stake in the success of the campaign.

9. hmm. bill's in TX and doesn't predict she'll win there but
says she'll win OH. I doubt it. OH is trending toward Obama at a fast clip. He may even sweep "mini-Tuesday".

17. Hey, Bill, it USED to look like she'd win Ohio.
Now Ohio's in play. And it used to look like she'd win Texas, but now it looks like Obama will win here.

Hey, maybe you should stick with RI. It looks good for HRC there. Of course, by Tuesday, March 4 ...
