I wish Kerry would go on Jimmy Kimmel Live

not just cause I think it's the best latenight talk show, but I'd want him on the air to ask Dicky Barret if he'd reform the Bosstones to play at the convention. That would be ultimate, and he'd endear himself to all the punkers AND frat-types in both Gen X and Y(and older and younger) who like them.

BTW, if you didn't know, Dicky Barrett is the lead singer of the Bosstones and he's the announcer on Jimmy Kimmel. And if you don't know who the Bosstones are, you need to get to the cd store now.

I don't really think Jimmy is todays equivolent of Arsenio(think Clinton on the sax), but he is on our side. He's always had a liberal bent. And now that Stern has gone full-speed against Bush, Jimmy is likely to only further that. And while he doesn't beat Leno and Letterman in the ratings, he does lead often among the younger male demo, and is really cutting into Leno's numbers in that demo(which is why Leno highered Stuttering John).

Anyway I doubt I'll get a huge groundswell of support on this but if you think it's a good idea and you ever have the opportunity to ask the campaign about it please do so

Same young crowd, more viewers..because it gets higher ratings and it's also replayed on Comedy Central in the daytime.

as well, but it's not the same as Kimmel. It's not like he can't go on both, but Kimmel is alot edgier than Conan and less geekish. Not that there's anything wrong with being geekish, but the contrast is quite evident.

You've got to be kidding, that rules out a whole lotta shows and people, Kimmel's obnoxious, I happen to agree, but meet Brit Hume, Wolf Blitzer, Bill O'Reilly and on and on and on.
