Decision Analyst: Barack Obama Up By Double Digits in Texas, Up 8% in Ohio over Hillary Clinton

Much like their competitors, they post the results of the latest election polls but they go a step forward in the way their polls are archived. Polls can be tracked by candidate, state, and month.

March 4th is a critical date for Hillary Clinton if she is to stop the momentum Barack Obama has built up since Super Tuesday but if a Decision Analyst poll is any indication, Obama has built up steady leads in both Texas and Ohio.

The three latest polls out of Texas suggests that there is a dead heat and the latest polls out of Ohio shows that Clinton has about an 8% lead. Decision Analyst differs from the other pollsters archived at USAElectionPolls.com by about 15% in each of the two states. In Texas, it is Obama 57% and Clinton 43%. In Ohio, they have Obama 54% and Clinton 46%.

USAElectionPolls.com has determined that the pollsters have had a history of underestimating Barack Obama's support thus far during the primary season. This phenomenon was still true February 19th when Wisconsin voted. The two latest polls had Obama winning by an average of 11.5 points -- the true margin of victory for Obama was 17 points.

In a report that analyzed Mason Dixon's performances in the polls, it was found that they underestimated Obama's support four times more than the support for Clinton. According to the website, Obama has been successful at getting voters to the polls that generally do not vote and thus are generally excluded from traditional polls.

This last one, with people in the Clinton campaign ciriculating a picture of him dressed in garb of a local country he was visiting, implying his Muslim background, with anti-Muslim overtones is pretty bad

In spite of all that, I will still vote for the Democratic nominee, but am extremely disappointed in the way Clinton's choose to run their campaign
