Have you noticed when Obama speaks without a script or teleprompter he stumbles over his own words? I'm just saying......:shrug:

times, both during debates, speeches, whatever.

He thinks before he speaks. Unfortunately, while he is thinking his mouth is saying "hmmm" or "ahhh".
He should just not say anything, while he thinks.

But I would rather have someone think before speaking, than spout nonsense.

He is very measured. That is good.
