Hillary back to using the Politics of Fear
"I want you to think, 'Who do you want to have in the White House answering the phone at 3 o'clock in the morning when some crisis breaks out around the world?"' Clinton asked a heavily Hispanic crowd at a rally in downtown Laredo.

"'Who is best prepared to be commander in chief on day one?"' she added, pushing her latest line of attack on Obama in their hard-fought duel to be the Democratic candidate in November's presidential election.

3. How DARE she
try to draw a distinction between herself and her opponent! Who the hell does she think she is, attacking him so blatantly?

Jesus, you people are touchy. I think talking about competence as commander in chief is pretty standard in a campaign.

5. Right. The difference here is that it's not a terribly intelligent or well thought out question.
What's the scenario?

"President Obama, wake up! We have a crisis... Chinese gunboats are seen practicing war games close to Taiwan. What should we do?"

"Oh, jeeze, oh jeepers. I dunno. I've just never thought about this. Shut up and leave me alone, I need to think about this."
*pulls covers over head*

I'm gonna go out a limb here and suggest that maybe they have professionals who've been working on how to handle world crises for a while.

4. Is Obama known for being especially groggy when he wakes up in the night?
I'm assuming that at 3am there's a White House receptionist on duty and the president doesn't have to stay up waiting to answer the phone every night.
