1. Lets make these hold up. Keep fighting people.
"Kerry now leads 43% to 42% in these "red" states. He's also consolidated support in Democratic "blue" states, where he leads Bush 48% to 36%."

3. This confirms my belief that there are no "Safe" states this time.
We need every vote we can get for JK and Dems.

13. I don't know, there's another way to look at it,
though we'd have to check how Nader did in those states before to get an idea.

Nader's pulling 8% in RED states? I don't get it. Unless . . . maybe . . . some Republicans who can't bear Bush but can't bring themselves to go Democratic are saying Nader right now?

4. We need a lot of double digit polling preelection

7. I do too
This is the tricky time, if we can get to July and the Dem convention with these numbers or better, Shrub'll fold.

9. Yep, too soon
much can happen and I'm especially worried about the next two months. If Bush can't move his numbers in a time when he can outspend like crazy, it ain't gonna happen. But that's still a big if...

Lots can happen and probably will.

6. I finally donated tonight!
For the very first time!

Money is VERY scarce around my household (starving second-time-around student, drowning in debt, etc), but those are a great investment!

Go Kerry - you really can do this!

16. when will the media really report this
and show that 'this popular president' is in danger of being the next hoover?

it would be nice to be rid of the public perception that he's invincible. polls keep showing kerry ahead, but a majority of voters thinking bush will win.
