And since these super delegates are political animals, they will fill in the blank when it comes to the reason of 'why' they voted the way they did.

The blank will include one or more of the following reasons:

1) The candidate won my state
2) The candidate won the over all popular vote
3) The candidate won the over all pledged delegates
3) I believe the candidate best represents my views
4) I believe the candidate best represents the views of my constituants

The list is endless.

1. if these super delegates make the decision of who is going to be
nominated I hope the American people do not stand by and watch how their voices are being silenced, will it then be pitchforks and torches time. Just asking.:hide:

2. I disagree
They will vote for whomever their corporate masters tell them to vote for. Most superdelegates are current officeholders who will be running for re-election, after all.

4. The popular vote makes up 80% of ANY of the delegate votes.

7. If the SCOTUS can do it
why not me?

Convince me that the vote to stop the Florida recount was anything but politics covered with a thin layer of lipstick...

8. I don't think so.
Superdelegates are going to vote for whomever wins the state delegates. They don't want another 2000 electoral college fiasco.

And if you're too cynical to thing a bunch of politicians are going to vote on principle, fine. But consider that many are still elected representatives, and they're going to want to ride on the coat tails of a wildly popular candidate who's surging at the polls rather than someone whose campaign is hemorrhaging.
