5. No matter who "wins" the nomination, Edwards won the battle of the issues

and the ideas. The other two are responding to the issues that Edwards identified in his campaign, and they either stole Edwards' ideas or tweaked those ideas to make themselves look original to respond to Edwards' issues.

I'm very pleased with Edwards and his campaign. Now let's see whether the other two can keep the focus on those issues like Edwards did. If they can't their campaign and/or their presidency will fail. Edwards was the right candidate with the right issues at the right time. Just wait. You never know what can happen in the future. History has this strange way of blazing its own path.
