Democracy in action:bounce: I'm so excited for both our candidates! I just saw Karen Hughes on NBC and it made me SO glad that A Bush is not in this race! Be thankful!

2. 1976 was one helluva primary.....I backed Mo Udall and Fred Harris
but there 8 or 9 cnadidates, with Frank Church and Jerry Brown entering the race late. It was really the primary to end all primaries-before this one.

I don't remember primaries being this exciting. I'm proud of our candidates, ESPECIALLY when I look at the Republican field.

4. It is so exciting - and what makes it even more so
is that I will be happy with either one of them.

And I say that as someone who regularly stomps all over people claiming this or that thing is the worst/best thing EVAH. I have not experienced this in my lifetime. I'm guessing '68 was close, based on what I know of it simply from studying it, but with the tragedy involved "exciting" is not the best description.
