9. LOL, that's not quite right
4 != 2
2 != 7
4 = 7

Doesn't really work that way. :) Again, this is impossible to mathematically describe.

12. Interesting.
K = B - (P + N + A + C)

I doubt Perot will be running though. Is Anderson still around? Clinton can't run though - he's already served two terms. Nader is running...but I wonder how many ballots he'll get on.

It would be interesting if you could run a group of people like that for president against one candidate, but I doubt they're gonna change that before the election.
