2. I voted for "he's visionary, perhaps transformational" but...

I don't actually think he's that visionary, many people have thought what he has thought, what he has carried in his campaign... inspiration, hope, change, the power of millions standing up, and telling them that THEY'LL have to work hard, that he's not going to just take care of them.

However, every other president has ignored this vision in campaigning, and during their presidency.

It really is the key issue of our time, and little worthwhile change will be brought about without this vision. The power of millions who care can be infinitely greater than a person sitting in office, although the person in office can be a huge asset in working with them.

i get excited when he speaks. i haven't felt like that about a candidate in a long time. maybe since RFK.

no doubt hillary can do the job and if she is the nominee i will support her.

8. IWR did it for me

I know everyone is jumping on the anti-war bandwagon, and at the same time accusing of Obama of being hypocritical about his stance. Fact of the matter is that Obama was/is/will be against the war in Iraq.

It's a lot like the question of whether JFK was going to pull out the troops in Viet Nam in 1963. There's no question in my mind that JFK was not going to get us involved in an Asian ground war. Plenty of documents have verified that. Yet, there are lots of intelligent people, Noam Chomsky is one, who maintain that JFK was a war hawk all along.
