It was moving, not because it was about Obama, but because of the reality and truth it put forth about America, that Obama decided to carry in his speeches... and that honestly, people haven't heard for some time, and needed to hear.

39. I can't say after watching it three times that there were what I

call lyrics or a message . There have been hundreds of like videos or live music festivals through the years that had lyrics that spoke a language everyone could understand .

Sorry , I did not become moved simply because it was a chant and not lyrics .

I saw CSN&Y if you know who they are , at their live concert here in los angeles , it was an impeach bush message and it was great and moving as well as how the old songs played in the 60's brought out the reality of war comparing the same feeling about Iraq that existed during Vietnam , ie , the songs were still relevant today .

However this message died a fast death . Certainly there is the in the moment feeling but as always it dies unless it gets a daily dose of life breathed into it .

People can talk about hope and dreams all they want but unless they themselves continue to carry and live that message for years to come it will die an early death . Always has , always will .

Give peace a chance was message that became a chant that at the time did some good but here we are once again in two war zones and everything is worse than before , so it too died and we have not progressed because the people did not carry the message or fight long after we got out of Vietnam .

People talk about passing the torch , well the true meaning of this is people have to carry the torch and pass it on , not Ted Kennedy or anyone else , the people must do this . are you willing to do this along with all of the youth today , because if you are not or leave it to someone else then all of this is a complete and utter waste of time and it will become , in the moment and dwindle into the past .
