5. The national polls still show HRC up by 5-10 points
They can't afford to have Hillary win Super Tuesday decisively. At early end to primary season would be disastrous to their revenue stream. They will keep shilling for Obama until Hillary is clearly behind in the race -- then they will start shilling for her instead.

I am surprised that so few people in either camp "get" this. It was very noticeable in the 2000 election. I think they had intended simply to give Gore a run for his money, but got carried away with the "have-a-beer-with-Bush" crap. This time, they will keep both the primary and general election cycles more carefully controlled.

This primary cycle is going to take us to the convention. There is too much money at stake to tolerate any other outcome.

8. .
People go wild with conspiracy theories. I believe a lot of them, but the whole main stream media thing.

There's definitely some 'moles'. But overall, it's about chasing ratings and hiring pundits who entertain. These pundits are human though.

Obama is black, he's interesting, he gives a great speech, he has a great life story. As humans, they respond to the intrigue.

It's not all as nefarious as people think.

Take the Dean scream for example. Bullshit, yes, but it was still a good media story in terms of ratings. So it went. Were they afraid of him? Nope. He was too short to win from the get go IMO. People are that superficial.

9. and this surprises you in what way?
ALL I heard after the debates was he needs to this, he should have done this, he should have said, he needs to say this, it was like his own personal cheerleading or personal staff. Listening to this last night, it's either they think Hillary has it in the bag, he did such a bad job he needs pointers, or Hillary did such a masterful job at the debate she needs no pointers whatsoever. I dont think ANY of that is true. The debate, IMO, was great, both did very well, it was the best debate so far. No yelling, insulting, chair throwing, screaming, I HEARD the issues, where they stand, their plans, it was great.

But listening to the shreiking heads afterwards, you would have thought only one person was there.
