Curiosity about FL absentee ballots
The SOS of FL website says that the provisional and absentee ballots "may not be included in the count" -- so do they count and include them, or what?

Thankfully our primary is online next week and my vote WILL count for DemsAbroad. :hi:

1. I'd be careful about voting online in the GE because the system
is not secure. Experts told the Department of Defense that it wasn't before they implemented it for their people and they went ahead and put it in anyway. Fyi.

2. This is for primaries only, I vote absentee in NOV.
because I can't vote for local and state offices otherwise. Thanks for the concern, I am well aware of this, believe me. :hi:
