Hillary called CF0 Alex Sink and said she would be in Florida before the primary.
There seems to be some misunderstanding about whether Hillary is coming to Florida or not. I don't especially care whether she comes or not, as we have already voted.

I think we can safely say that Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink, wife of former gubernatorial candidate Bill McBride, is a pretty honest lady. Here is what she said.

Clinton to visit Fla., state CFO says

Florida Chief Financial Officer Alex Sink, the only Democrat elected to state office, said Clinton called her Friday morning and said she would be in Florida on Monday and Tuesday.

"She said she would be in Florida. I do expect her to be in Florida," Sink said. "I haven't seen her schedule and don't know what she's going to be doing, but she will be in the state."

..."Sink has appealed to state and national leaders to release the candidates from their pledge after the polls closed Saturday in South Carolina - the final contest among the four states.

Sink said Saturday that neither state nor national leaders had responded to her letter. But Clinton rang Friday morning.

"She just called me, knowing about the letter I sent, and said she would be in Florida Sunday, Monday and Tuesday," Sink said.

Here is more from CFO Sink. I think Hillary's campaign people sort of discredited Alex Sink by going into immediate denial.

Three days in FL for Hillary?

Democratic Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton will return to Florida tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday, Florida CFO Alex Sink said today in an interview with The Palm Beach Post.

“She said she would be in Florida I do expect her to be in Florida,” said Sink, the only Democrat in a statewide elected office. “I haven’t seen her schedule and don’t know what she’s going to be doing, but she will be in the state.”

Clinton has fundraisers scheduled for South Florida and Sarasota on Sunday, but her campaign denied plans to campaign or be in the state in the following days.

“She’s definitely not there Monday,” Clinton spokesman Mo Elleithee told The Post. “She will not be campaigning in Florida on Tuesday, either.”

So it appears Alex heard one thing from Hillary, but the campaign folks are telling her something else.

That being said, I just don't care either way.

3. Because of all the spin here today.
That I do care about. There are too many people here just throwing out stuff and hoping it sticks. That hurts all of us.

5. Good, I hope she spends all week in a state with no delegates
It'll help Obama win Super Tuesday.

6. I don't get this AT ALL....
The candidates are fast-approaching the most critical of day in this campaign--Super Tuesday.

They've got nine days to campaign in 20 states.

Why is Hillary spending time in a state that won't count?

This is very bizarre. She could "fund raise" in any part of the country--if she's
looking to fill her coffers.

I'm not suggesting that something untoward is going on--but this really does raise
some questions.

WHAT is she doing?
