I know it gets emotional in here, but if you read through a flame war thread, there are ALWAYS really hilarious, clever comebacks!

I'll see an OP with lots of activity and when I read through it I think everything from "Oh shit, this is gonna be good"..."Oh no she DIDN'T!"..."he's such a pompous asswipe"..."WTF??!"

Then some clever comment of few words makes me go :spray: :rofl: and it takes away the anger and frustration I was feeling. Whoever such a comment was directed at...well...I doubt they viewed it the same way. :rofl:

It's best when there's very little back and forth. Just one clear, concise snarky jab and BOOM! Stops that sub-thread cold.

It's a beautiful thing! No way Freepers could even BEGIN to dish out the clever, intelligent snark DUers can!
