How can Bill Clinton hope to go around the world spreading democracy and freedom anymore?
They tried to disenfranchise thousands of voters in Nevada. And what for? A few delegates? Bill is a disgrace. The "Clinton Foundation" is morally bankrupt.

3. Disenfranchising voters is the lowest of the low.
And you don't want to see the list of world leaders that he now joins.

10. A simplistic way to look at a much more complicated problem.

But a precedent has been set that you think you like. One day, when the Culinary Union does NOT endorse your choice, you're going to notice that it's got a lot more clout than the other votes in the city...and you'll rage...impotently, because you allowed the precedent when it benefited you.

So enjoy it till it comes to bite you in the ass. The Nevada caucuses will be many things, but they will NOT be fair or equal.

12. I couldn't care less about who the union endorses.
I support Dean in how he's dealth with Florida and Michigan too. There's rules that this party is run by. The rules were approved by all parties. You can't break the rules out of political convenience. Do you realize that Nevada will change the rules before 2012? Are you saying you support voter disenfranchisement when it benefits you?

BTW, Obama is still not the favorite. Hillary polls ahead and always have. She had a good chance of winning either way.

There are around 22 total delagates in NV. Was this really worth it?

4. Do not worry.
Haven't you heard Bill was fighting for "one man, one vote?"
He was sooo concerned about those caucus voters in Nevada. :sarcasm:

7. Good ol' Bill, sticking up for the little guy.
Problem with the way delegates are counted? Obvious solution, remove a bunch of caucus sites at the last minute that everyone previously agreed to! That makes perfect sense.

11. Maybe he's secretly trying to undermine Hillary.
Maybe all these political mis-steps coming from one of the canniest politicians of our age are not really accidents.

Just sayin...

13. Bill is sinking like a stone in pond
and I say this as someone who used to love him: smart, charismatic and with a manner of speaking (beyond being simply articulate) that connected so well with people, and a good heart or so I thought.

Now, yuck! Stooping to anything to help HER (and really himself) gain power is simply despicable.

17. Was the lawsuit worth what?
Was it worth it on its merits? Was it worth it as a political tactic?

In what reference do you mean?

18. As far as Clinton's reputation
Was it worth bringing it (I know this one isn't all on him)? More-so, was it worth defending it?

19. I think this lawsuit has little if any impact on his reputation.
While its great for whipping up already involved and passionate folks like ourselves, the world is not sitting there saying damn that Bill Clinton for getting involved in election procedure!

Tactically, it was a gamble. We won't know if it hurt until after Sat is done.

22. It's easy for him.
I just now saw him on CNN denying that he had anything to do with the Nevada lawsuit, and to find somebody else to blame.
