As was said 4 years ago today in this forum by so many people. Joe Lieberman would be the most electable candidate and we need to win this election. Joe, come home, we need you.

17. go ahead and Alert... It Was an Honest Statement.. Lieberman is a Sellout
to the GOP. If you share his views than yes, you would be more suited in the GOP. We don't need people like Lieberman... he has already harmed our part enough.

18. I agree
Without Lieberman in the race this year, the Joementum level of our candidates has truly suffered, which I believe could prove to be fatal.

26. Lieberman home? He left. Good riddance.
What's the point of welcoming home a DINO who's just going to act like a Republican?

30. If I had the youtube copy of Lieberman being the first to jump up and clap for Bush
Edited on Sun Jan-13-08 05:45 PM by Anouka
in the early days of announcing the Iraq War, I'd post it now. I was neutral on Lieberman, before that video surfaced.

Lieberman is not a friend to the Democratic party. Let him DINO elsewhere. He does not represent the leader the Democratic party needs. Where Obama suggests compromise, Lieberman advocates rolling over with paws in the air and legs spread and tongue lolling.

And yes, I say that realizing that Obama has (had?) Lieberman's back. Which is depressing to me. Is that your point?

Now you only need the routine to follow.

35. I hope you're not serious.
LIEberman sold us out. I don't want him. And this thread adds to his ego. He thinks he is the most powerful person in Washington and he's not. We don't need him.
