John Edwards Does Not Exist.....

on much of the msm and many DU threads. So for the forseeable future until the press and some of our fellow posters come to realize that John is for real and so are his supporters, I intend to do the following: on DU posts of articles that contrast only Clinton and Obama I will post JEDNE. On posts that argue only the comparative virtues I will post JEDNE.On binary polls that ask for Obama and Clinton votes I will post JEDNE.
I will not post this on posts supporting either candidate in a positive manner unless they devolve into another binary Hilliary vs Barrack thread. My purpose is neither to annoy or denigrate others-rather I think that JEDNE should be a gentle reminder that not all factors are being considered and that there is a viable third way if we wish it so.
I urge other Edwards supporters to join me. NGU

5. Actually, I already started....

and it felt GOOOOOOOOD! I don't want to make it easy for them so I went with the initials-let them wonder and look for it on their own. The idea is to give a simple hint that many on this board are shutting off the veiws and interests of 20% of democrats and for them to realize just how many threads do this....if I can't stop them from making my candidate invisible than I can remind them that my candidate is invisible.

4. I feel your pain.

The same thing was done to Dennis Kucinich and I have to warn you there was no sympathy here for him. I wish that the Dem candidates had stuck together and debated each other fare and square. Maybe then the impact of MSM ignoring a candidate would have been lessoned. I think it is fare to say...first they came for Kucinich and I did nothing. Best to you. Peace, Kim

CNN on Sat. just gave JRE 2 mins of airtime twice, followed by poll not mentioning him -

I and 300,000 other democrats have read this message to you. WE will complain to the FCC and demand your license be revoked , those are public airwaves owned by us,and you dont give equal time and mention to Edwards which you give to Obama and Clinton.What mention you do give is negative.

We dont like YOUR choosing what candidates Americans have choice of by not giving air time to ALL candidates.

Schneider, (a neocon who signed a PNAC letter to Bill Clinton along with Cheney & Jeb Bush) followed Edwards appearance on CNN, who does the polls and gave the poll results of Obama and Clinton...no mention of Edwards even though polls show across the country Edwards shows as most electable...just mentioned Clinton was ahead .

Really, DU is well aware of Edwards existence and doesn't need to be reminded internally on every post that mentions Obama and Hillary exclusively and not him. Some of the internal dissension IS just between Obama and Hillary supporters and I for one am grateful and don't want to see JRE dragged in where he doesn't need to be.

I think you will be considered a spammer if you just interject your JEDNE here where it is not relevant.

But, on other websites, particularly of the MSM, I think many people posting JEDNE on APPROPRIATE threads could be very effective.

I would define appropriate threads as those who seem to posit that we have only 2 candidates, but excluding those that focus solely on the Clinton/Obama battle to the depths.
