16. I read the op-ed.

She makes some very valid points that have nothing to do with the 2008 presidential race. Clinton didn't drop from "inevitable frontrunner" because she's a woman. She stumbled because (1) she's not a very good campaigner, (2) Democrats NEVER nominate frontrunners (at least not since Mondale--an exception fraught with painful irony), and (3) she campaigned as an insider in a year when the country was aching for change.

The fault lies in her stars and herself, but not in her XX chromosomes.
