CONTACT MSNBC TO STOP EARLY RESULTS FROM BEING PUBLISHED PRIOR TO POLLS CLOSING!
WHY WOULD YOU MSNBC et al, PUBLISH RESULTS THIS EARLY UNLESS YOU WERE TRYING TO INFLUENCE THE RESULTS IN NEW HAMPSHIRE!

It's 09:30 in the morning... ARE THE POLLS CLOSED ... ALREADY? :wtf: THIS IS ONE MORE EXAMPLE OF THE ACTIONS OF THE FASCIST MEDIA!

THIS IS... MEANT TO INFLUENCE THE VOTERS... HOW COULD IT NOT BE? :eyes:

WHAT I WROTE TO MORNING JOE and sent to MSNBC.

...........I heard that MSNBC was shortly going to begin announcing "early results" from NH?

THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! DEFAMATORY TO A DEMOCRACY!

NO RESULTS should be discussed or publicized UNTIL THE POLLS CLOSE so as NOT to influence voters to vote or not, or who to vote for."

8. The polls ARE closed in two NH towns
Obama, McCain Get Early Votes

By CLARKE CANFIELD – 4 hours ago

DIXVILLE NOTCH, N.H. (AP) — Residents of two tiny towns stayed up late to give Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain early victories in the New Hampshire presidential primary.

In Hart's Location, Obama received 9 votes, Hillary Rodham Clinton 3 and John Edwards 1. On the Republican side, McCain received 6 votes, Mike Huckabee 5, Ron Paul 4 and Mitt Romney 1.

In Dixville Notch, Obama got 7 votes, Edwards 2 and Bill Richardson 1. Among Republicans, McCain got 4 votes, Romney 2 and Rudy Giuliani 1.

Although this year's results were in line with the latest pre-election polls, neither town is known for foreshadowing the winners statewide on any consistent basis. For example, Wesley Clark, the retired Army general, won 14 of the 31 votes cast in the last Democratic primary in 2004.

25. DaLittle-
these 'results' are from Dixville Notch and just the political version of the groundhog Punxsutawney Phil.
from wiki:
Dixville Notch is best known in connection with its longstanding middle-of-the-night vote in the U.S. presidential election, including during the New Hampshire primary (the first primary election in the U.S. presidential nomination process). In a tradition that started in the 1960 election, all the eligible voters in Dixville Notch gather at midnight in the ballroom of The Balsams. The voters cast their ballots and the polls officially are closed one minute later. The result of the Dixville Notch vote in both the New Hampshire primary and the general election are traditionally broadcast around the country immediately afterwards.

29. Xanax much? (said with humor)
Kitty calm down...

Most people voting in the primary will pretty much know who they want before they get there.

There isn't anything unusual with the DN vote being set out... Heck its already on Wiki. Its a 75 (round abouts) person town, with a tradition, and is famous for not really being accurate - only newsworthy.

Like a previous poster said, kind of like groundhog day.

Exit polling I don't really agree with, but more support it than don't because of how impatient people are to get a "feel" or an educated guess if who they support is going to win (Or if who they don't support will tank)

USA, though I love my country with a passion, has a Soap Opera mentality and an instant gratification complex. Elections are one of the biggest "Reality shows" out there.

Take a breath...relax...and root for your fave.

34. Are you saying that no results should be published until all states results are known?
So does free speech mean anything to you??? It isn't even practical. Think about it for a moment, please. you are saying that no one can talk about, predict, poll the results until the polls close. How do you enforce that? Are you including radio stations, internet, telephone?
