Really, what you said IS true. There isn't any Red, Blue, Dem or Rep among RICH America.

There's only the very, very, VERY few benevolent ones (like Warren Buffet) and people like Marc Andreesen, Carly Fiorina, Jack Welch and Larry Ellison.

We give the latter far too many breaks for their own good.

That's what has to stop.

You hit the nail on the head. It always was like that, but the difference now is that the poor and underpriveliged have no hope, at least that's the way I see it. Way back when, if you worked hard enough a family could make a nice living on one income, even retire on SS and do OK. Now two people could work their asses off and still not be able to get by.

Look, I respect idealism as much as anyone but there's a difference between idealism and a stubborn refusal to look facts in the face. There ARE two Americas, the progressive agenda IS opposed by a bunch of self-serving SOB's who are not going to give a nanometer until they are forced to. Essentially, your country is run by people who are, morally, only different from Nazis in terms of numbers and refusing to face that fact is asking to get your brains beat out on every issue. This isn't going to be settled with a few verses of kumbya, it's going to be a bloody and divisive war.
