Obama Makes Council Bluffs Stop

(Council Bluffs, IA) -- Just over a week before the Iowa Caucuses, Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama made a campaign stop in Council Bluffs last night. Several hundred people at Thomas Jefferson High School heard Obama's speech, titled "Change We Can Believe In." At one point, Obama asked for a show of hands of any caucus-goers who were undecided. About 40 people raised their hands.

Are you feeling as confident as I am that he's gonna be a 'spoiler' in Iowa and New Hampshire?

I don't count him out if he doesn't win, but I sure think he'll take Iowa. Iowans are pretty politically savvy from being in the spotlight for so many years. I think it's be a shock to a lot of 'other candidate's' supporters.

Bring a warm coat. You'll need it. And here's a hint if you're gonna be outside for a long period of time on a really cold day. Long heavy wool socks. And wear more than one pair. Cold feet are an absolute drag. And they make you feel worse all over than you would otherwise feel.
