Given in to the GOP/Bush on every piece of significant legislation and not vigorously pursued their investigative options ... if you disagree, post your legislative/investigative proof.

| 1. Let me ask you a question: Do you think we should take issues into our own hands? |
|
Instead of waiting for Dems to do it for us?

you were able to do what most other citizens of other civilized countries have come to expect they are ENTITLED to do by virtue of their achievements/citizenship.
Only in America, does one have to BEG to be given the opportunity to achieve. Pathetic.

And there was very little celebrating. It was a major feat, when you think about it. Instead, before all the votes had even been counted, people were already making demands, bitching about Diebold ("well we COULD have picked up 60 seats...") and screaming "betrayal" before anyone had been sworn into office.
With a shoestring majority in Congress and the Great Satan in the White House--which is where foreign policy gets made--not much will change until we change the other end of Pennsylvania Avenue.
Although, if you're not happy, I suppose we can always give Dennis Hastert, Newt Gingrich and Tom DeLay a call to come back to Capitol Hill to reprise their old jobs in the Republican Majority again.

Well, if your satisfied with an unimaginative, inept, Congress unwilling to even feign a fight for what they believe in/the American people want ... so be it.
You got what you paid for.
