Yes I will Kow Tow to the democratic establishment, I Submit
I will stop fighting the good fight for change in america. I submit. I will supress my principles to support blindly the front-runner. I submit. I will change who I am to support the front-runner. I submit. I will forget about the votes the front runners cast that lead to the death 500+ U.S. soldiers and 10000 Iraqis. I submit. I will stop looking a hundred steps forward instead I will look only one step foward. I submit. I will forget about the people and instead be loyal only to the democratic party. I submit. I will stop bridging the gap between the liberals and conservatives but instead stay on my side of the line. I will submit. I had a dream once, but for the democratic party I will let it wither until it is no more. I submit.

10. I don't deny that they are people
I just don't want them to have any part of running the show. Look what they want to do! Throw this country back 100 years overturning every progressive victory of the 20th century. I don't want to deny them the right to believe what they want to believe, I just want them to become so unpopular that they have to relinquish their hold on the government forever.

14. I see Green people n/t
Oh no. God forbid the Democratic Nominee didn't have the psychic powers necessary to know how jobs as well as goods would be exported through Free Trade, that there were no WMD's, that Bush would underfund No Child Left Behind, and how Bush would lie consistently about his tax-cuts and the enviroment. Anyone who has ever been mislead or voted wrong or accepted money from <insert Special interest here> is too dumb to lead the country and/or "Bush Lite" and/or a pawn of the DLC. Also, a college club is tryign to take over America. All Democrats are Republican. A ham sandwich can't do a better job of being President than Bush. The democratic Nominee is a RW'er. Run away. Run away. Ralph Nader is the only voice standing for change. Voting Green and NAder and splitting the Democratic vote for (Thus insuring emperor uh I mean President Bush the next 2000 years for his prosperous rule) is the only way to insure progressive change in this country. Remember the pendulum. THE PENDULUM!!! The majority of Americans are far left socialists (smirk). They will insure change.

8. Those anti-ABBers are SUCH ragged individualists...
My god, they're almost Libertarians! Ain't nobody gonna tell THEM what to do, uhn-uh.

Never mind that the alternative is either a dictator, or an agent provocateur who will ensure that the dictator wins....."I will NOT bow down!" "I will NOT fall in line!" Woof woof blah blah....enjoy 4 more years of Bush, and see if ANY kind of individualism is allowed.

Learn to enjoy being herded into boxcars, too.

13. Frank Zappa would NEVER have been ABB. He flirted with a 3rd
Party run several times.

Zappa was a bit of a Libertarian---but he was trending Democratic in the last years of his life, and I doubt he would have voted for Nader.

16. Frank Zappa was Frank Zappa and Random Koolzip is
Edited on Sun Feb-22-04 05:31 PM by RandomKoolzip
Random Koolzip. We do not share the same brain, nor do I agree with everything he ever said. In 1988, and 92, yes, he flirted with a "third party run." However, the stakes are considerably higher in 2004 than they were in 1988 or 1992. THE FUTURE OF OUR COUNTRY rests on this election. I will NOT allow a fundamentalist xtian with a hankerin' for the "end times" to steer this country into fascism, and neither will Kerry.

Zappa defined himself as a practical conservative. I define myself as a former Green.

Third party vote in 04 = Republican rule in 05 til.....well, they DO want the "Rapture" to arrive, don't they, those repubs....

I think we all know Frank's position on the fundies. And Bush, for all intents and purposes, IS Pat Robertson, with a little Idi Amin thrown in for good measure. Consult "Jesus Think's You're a Jerk" for any further info on Frank's (and my) feelings about religious fanatics overtaking the White House (like they have done and will continue to do if Nader keeps running).
