3. You cannot stop them from acquiring the knowledge but,
you can stop them from using it, hopefully. Keep your eyes and ears open call the police well before hand-but, once you have sufficient evidence.:scared:

5. How do you put the toothpaste back
in the tube? Their premise is moronic. It's already a known known. It can't be un-known. How they can even promote such an idiotic stance. What you do is keep an eye on them with inspectors. Of course there's not much money in that though.

Bush uses it all the time, at least since 9-1. His speeches are consistent, he has one speech and he intends to keep using it.
