2. It's got to be Iowa REPUBLICANS.
His state-by-state approval rating doesn't bear that stat out.

9. They think he's doing a "heckova" job.
which is different from a "good" job, in Republican terms.

Blow job: bad. Good job: good. Heckova job: boy did you fuck up, so I'm promoting you.

If my Democrat President did a fraction of the crazy shit Bush does I would be crying IMPEACHMENT! not praising his/her actions. It's kind of scary, the difference between liberals and conservatives in this country.

12. Mind boggling isn't it...
I saw a video a while back, from Iowa, where there were like 10 people asked, what they were looking for in a president, and only ONE said; "I'm going/likely to compare him to Bush", "I think Bush gets criticized too much"...I just about fell out of my chair...let me see if I can find it...

13. Republicks are slow learners.
I say, any state the Republicks carry in 2008 they can keep, and start their own country.

16. They must have been polling in Western Iowa. We in Eastern
Iowa are way more suh-phis-tuk-kated and su-ayve. Yeah, pretty much.

24. Not the Democratic Iowans, the Repukes in IA
my original title was false, I went back and listened to the video. It's the CONS in IOWA.

But still 80% is pretty freaking dense.

20. Yup, it's divided between IA and SW OH suburbs
there were tons of koolaid suckers there. I'll have to PM my bud Rex in Mason, OH and see if they are still scarfing the booshjuice.

Just a guess from an "out-of-touch LEFT-coast resident".

28. How can this be?
To continue supporting bush at this late date a person must be:

(1) mentally ill;
(2) completely uninformed on what is happening (i.e. a Fox-only viewer);
(3) a religious nut;
or (4) a greedy, super-rich man.

In Iowa, I'd say that (2) + (3) = 80% of Iowa R's.
